Zuza i Piotrek

Zuza and Piotr decided to organize small wedding with the closest ones in family’s house backyard garden close to Warsaw. The day before the wedding huge storm came across the land - the trees were knocked down, the power went off, the lawn became a pond. I still remember sending Zuza a text message saying - not to worry, to relax and that the most beautiful photos are taken during rainy weather. And I guess I wasn’t wrong… the day after, everything went according to plan - love brought two souls together (and forever!) creating new family, everyone enjoyed themselves, danced the night away and shed some tears during the heart-moving speeches which were simply unrepeatable.

I was just about to go home, man of honour walking me to my car, when I saw everybody was rushing inside the party tent - I asked whats going on and he said that Zuza and Piotrek prepared the speech and gifts for their parents. I jumped straight back in and started to photograph again, I have to warn you - pictures didn’t come out perfect (damn you, wrapping papers!) - but in my heart - they are the most beautiful ones I took that night…
